Faena House Penthouse sets Record in Miami Condo Market

On September 24, 2015 Faena House sold the penthouse for $60 million dollars setting the newest record sale for a condo in Miami.

faenahouse1The sale was disclosed but it still remains unknown the buyer for the most expensive penthouse in Miami. The second biggest sale was in 2014 sold for $27.5 million at the Continuum Condo Miami Beach.

The Faena house penthouse is a 12,516 sq. ft. residence with 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms with a 70-feet rooftop pool and 9,900 sq.ft of outdoor space including the wraparound balconies overlooking Indian Creek, the atlantic ocean and Downtown Miami.

Feana House was designed by Pritzker Architecture Prize winning firm Foster + Partners and developed by argentine developer Alan Faena along business partner Len Blavatnik. F

Miami’s market has other luxury penthouse under construction and for sale. Zaha Hadid design One Thousand Museum Penthouse is for sale for $49 million in Downtown Miami. Echo Brickell under construction is selling its penthouse for $42.2 million. Luxurious Ritz Carlton Residences in Miami Beach penthouse is for sale for $40 million as well as the penthouse at Acqualina in Sunny Isles also listed for 40 million.
